Project Information
The Game Awards is an annual celebration of excellence in the global video game industry, founded and produced by Geoff Keighley. As the show marked its tenth year, it required a visual identity that honored its legacy while signaling its future.

Working closely with Keighley and his team, we developed a refined identity system that distills the event’s values of celebration, inclusivity, and technical excellence into a bold, flexible design. The new logo is a minimalist reinterpretation of the original Pentagram designed angel trophy, simplified for clarity and consistency across all platforms.

The identity expands through geometric frames, dynamic patterns, and a restrained palette of baroque gold with black and white, supported by modern typography. Together, these elements create a cohesive yet adaptable system across broadcast, digital, and physical environments, reinforcing The Game Awards as a premier, forward looking cultural event.
